All employee groups, except those excluded by law, are to be included in and verified to be under the jurisdiction of old age and survivors insurance.
All employee groups which may be established or acquired by the City and which are otherwise eligible under law are hereby authorized to be covered by the old age and survivors insurance.
The City Manager and the Director of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to sign any and all documents, instruments, papers and verifications necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this section. (1969 Code §18-3)
