161.02 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE’S RETIREMENT SYSTEM.

The City does hereby elect to be a participating public employer under West Virginia Code 5-10-16, and thereby include employees of this City in the membership of the public employee’s retirement system.

The participation of the City in the public employee’s retirement system shall commence as of January 1, 1963. (1969 Code §18-2)
