The City Manager shall enter into agreement with the Workmen’s Compensation Commissioner of the State for coverage of all employees of the City.
The City Manager is authorized to pay for such coverage at the prescribed rate.
The City Manager shall require of all City employees as he shall deem necessary, a thorough physical examination, a record of which examination shall be placed in the personnel files of such employees for reference. (1969 Code §18-1)
