155.05 ELECTION OF OFFICERS; EMPLOYEES.
   The commissioners of the Urban Renewal Authority shall elect a chairman and vice- chairman from among the commissioners. The Authority may employ such persons as are authorized by West Virginia Code 16-18-4. (1969 Code Sec. 2-84)
