147.02 DEDUCTION OF EXPENDITURES.

The custodial committee is directed to deduct the sum expended under Section 147.01 from any amount due or to become due the City under the provisions of paragraphs 6 and 7 of the lease agreement between the Adjutant General of the State and the County Court, the City and the County Board of Education.
