In accordance with the provision of West Virginia Code 54-3-1 et seq. all rules and regulations promulgated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development relating to the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policy Act of 1970 (42 U.S.C. 460.), and all amendments to such regulations are hereby adopted. A copy of the rules and regulations are attached to original Ordinance 80-6, passed February 7, 1980, and made a part of this article as though such rules and regulations were set forth in this article.
