No person shall smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe in the Council chambers when such place is used by Council in the conduct of its official, regular, special or emergency meetings.
The City Manager shall have conspicuously displayed a sign reading “No Smoking, City Ordinance No. 80-12" in the area where smoking is prohibited under this section.
No person shall remove, deface or destroy any "No Smoking" sign posted pursuant to the provisions of this section.
