115.07 QUORUM; SUMMONING OF ABSENT MEMBERS.

Four or more members of Council shall constitute a quorum. In case a less number than a quorum shall convene at a regular or special meeting, the majority of the members present are authorized to send the Sergeant-at-Arms or other person for any or all of the absent members. (1969 Code §2-19)
