(A) The Council of the city shall hold a regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. on every first and every third Monday of every month; provided that, if such a Monday falls on a holiday, the regular meeting shall be held at that time on the next day which is not a holiday, or another day designated by the City Manager.

(B) Every regular meeting of the Council shall be held in the Council Chamber in the municipal building. When calling a special meeting, the call for the meeting shall designate the place in the city for the holding of the special meeting. Any adjourned meeting may be held at any other place within the city designated by the Council.
