Sec. 5-1-65.1   Sewer main extensions to users other than subdivisions of greater than 10 lots.
   For sewer main extensions other than specified in section 5-1-65, the recipient of service shall be responsible for the costs of the extension; other provisions may be arranged by contract with the city council.
