The duties in addition to those stated in Section 159.01 shall include, but not be limited to, developing and adopting review and prioritization criteria for processing applications from property owners for the Ohio Community Development Block Grant Competitive Downtown Revitalization Program; coordinating the administration of funds and establishing application deadlines for funding rounds with City officials; and reviewing, approving and selecting or rejecting Rehabilitation Grant applications, based on adopted criteria by this Committee and the Building Deficiency list.
