CHAPTER 157
Pickaway Emergency Management Agency
   EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 35-89, passed June 20, 1989, provides for the creation of the Pickaway Emergency Management Agency to coordinate the disaster preparedness activities of Pickaway County and the political subdivisions therein. The ordinance authorizes employment by contract of an Emergency Management Agency Director by the Board of County Commissioners and the Emergency Management Executive Committee. The powers and duties of the Committee and the Director are set forth in the ordinance. The agreement may be amended by a majority of the members thereto.
