There is hereby established a Local Grant Review Committee to be appointed by the Mayor and consisting of three members who are residents of the City, who shall serve without compensation. This Committee shall perform all necessary functions for the review and approval process of applications from property owners for the Ohio Community Development Block Grant Competitive Downtown Revitalization Program.
