Whoever violates any provision of Sections 557.01, 557.02 or 557.07 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
