§ 155.06 VACANT BUILDINGS; REPAIR, REMOVAL.
   In the event a building is vacant in excess of one year, and is allowed to deteriorate and to become unsightly and dilapidated to such an extent that in the opinion of the Site Inspector or Town Council such building is detrimental to the health and welfare of the people, or the appearance of the town, the Town Council may require the owner of said building to either repair or maintain the building or remove it. In the event the owner cannot, with reasonable diligence, be located, or is unable or refuses to comply with the provisions of this section, the Town Council may declare said building a nuisance and take appropriate action for its removal.
