§ 153.075 USES REQUIRING PERMITS.
   Artificial obstructions, including alterations and substantial improvements specifically listed in §§ 153.077 through 153.089, may be allowed by permit within the floodway, provided the general requirements in § 153.076, and the applicable requirements in §§ 153.077 through 153.089, are met.
