§ 153.089 EXISTING RESIDENTIAL, NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS IN FLOODWAY.

   Any alteration or substantial improvement to an existing building must meet the requirements of § 153.076, and the applicable requirements in §§ 153.100 through 153.103 for residential or non-residential buildings.
