The regulated flood hazard areas are the 100-year floodplains illustrated and referenced in the following specific studies and reports described as follows:
(A) April 15, 1986 Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) for the town;
(B) The regulated flood hazard areas specifically described or illustrated in the above referenced studies and maps of the 100-year floodplain have been delineated, designated, and established by order or determination by the DNRC, pursuant to MCA §§ 76-5-201 et seq.
(C) Use allowances, design, and construction requirements specifically in §§ 153.038 through 153.041, §§ 153.075 through 153.089, and §§ 153.100 through 153.103 in these regulations vary by the specific floodplain areas, including areas identified as floodway and flood fringe within the regulated flood hazard area.
