It is unlawful for any parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor to knowingly permit such minor to violate the provisions of § 132.03, or interfere with a sentence or court order by purposely or knowingly causing a minor to fail to comply with a sentence imposed under this section, or a youth court disposition order for a youth found to have violated this section or any section under this chapter.
