§ 132.03 VIOLATIONS BY MINORS.
   Commission of any of the following acts in this section by any minor or anyone under the age of 18 will constitute a violation of this chapter:
   (A)   Curfew. For a minor to loiter, idle, wander, stroll, operate a motor vehicle, or play in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds, or other public grounds, public places, and public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots, or other unsupervised places, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following day, on Sundays through Thursdays, inclusive, and between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays; provided, however, that the provisions of this section do not apply to a minor accompanied by his or her parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor, or when the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his or her parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor. The town siren will resound at 10:00 p.m. each Sunday through Thursday, and at 12:01 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, to announce curfew times.
   (B)   False statement of identification. To make false statements or to furnish, present, or exhibit any fictitious or false registration card, identification card, or other instrument, or to furnish, present, or exhibit any document issued to another person for the purpose of gaining admission to prohibited places, or for the purpose of procuring the sale, gift, or delivery of prohibited articles including, but not limited to, alcoholic beverages, is prohibited.
   (C)   Procuring unlawful services. For a minor, or anyone under the age of 21 years, to engage or authorize the services of any other person to procure for such minor, or anyone under the age of 21 years, any article which the minor, or person under the age of 21 years, is prohibited by law to purchase.
   (D)   Visiting a bar, tavern, and the like. For a minor, or anyone under the age of 21 years, to enter or visit any bar, tavern, or other establishment where beer or liquor is sold for on-premises consumption, or to loiter or remain at such establishment, unless such minor, or person under the age of 21 years, is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, provided, however, that the provisions of this section shall not apply to hotels, hotel dining rooms, or restaurants, nor to lunch counters or booths where liquor or beer is served.
