608.27 FINES AND FEES.
   (a)   The penalty provisions of Section 202.99 of this Code shall apply to any violations of this chapter.
   (b)   Each day an owner or any person is in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense, and the City may charge and collect the applicable penalty once for each day a violation continues.
