To regulate traffic in the loading and unloading of school busses at the Christopher High School, the following regulations shall be in effect:
(a) Myrtle Street in front of the high school from Ernestine Avenue to Helen Street shall be a one-way street southbound.
(b) Helen Street from Myrtle Street eastbound to Ward Street shall be a one-way street to the east.
(c) The one-way streets designated above shall be in effect at all times.
