A Plumbing Commission, consisting of three members of Council to be appointed by the Mayor, is hereby established. The duties of the Commission shall be to advise and consult with the Plumbing Inspector on matters of interpretation and enforcement of this chapter, including the Plumbing Code adopted in Section 1422.01 and to make recommendations to Council as to amendments thereof. The Commission shall meet upon call to hear complaints and to make rulings on the same. Until otherwise provided, the Building Commission established in Section 1420.06 shall be the Plumbing Commission. (Ord. 309. Passed 5-20-63.)
