No person shall refuse or neglect to obey an order of the Plumbing Inspector to correct work or to remove a nuisance existing by reason of unsanitary plumbing or plumbing installed in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, including the Plumbing Code adopted in Section 1422.01. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day a nuisance continues to exist after the expiration of the time fixed by the Plumbing Inspector for the removal and abatement thereof.
