No change shall be made in the use of a building or a part thereof which is now or hereafter erected or structurally altered, or in the use of land which is now or hereafter occupied, without a use permit having first been issued therefor by the Zoning Administrator. No such use permit shall be issued to make such changes unless it is in conformity with this Zoning Code. (Ord. 340. Passed 12-19-66.)
