1262.06 CONFORMITY REQUIRED.

Except as is otherwise specifically provided in this Zoning Code, no building, structure or land shall be used hereafter, and no building or structure or part thereof shall be erected, constructed, reconstructed, occupied, moved, altered or repaired, except in conformity with the regulations herein specified for the class of district in which it is located.
