1040.13 TAP-INS; FEE.

Each applicant for a water tap who resides in the City shall pay a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for tapping into the City water line. Each customer who resides outside the City shall pay a fee of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) for tapping into the City water line. Such fees shall be in addition to the deposit required by Section 1040.12.
