856.18 EQUIPMENT; MOTIVE POWER; FIRE EXTINGUISHERS.

A permittee for the drilling or operation of an oil or gas well shall use machinery and equipment of standard design and quality. Only electric motors shall be used to power or propel the drilling or pumping machinery and equipment. Suitable hand fire extinguishers in good operating condition shall be provided and kept at each such well.
