832.04 LOITERING BY MINORS.

No junk dealer shall permit a minor under the age of eighteen years to loiter, loaf or congregate in or about a yard, building or other place kept by such dealer for the purpose of storing, buying or selling junk and no such minor shall loaf, loiter or congregate in any such yard, building or other place.
