832.02 INSPECTION OF RECORDS.
   A junk dealer shall keep a book in which he or she, at the close of each day, makes a record of every purchase of junk made by him or her on that day, showing the name of the person from whom purchased, the date of purchase, the amount paid for such purchase and a general description of the same.
   Such book shall be open to the inspection of police officers of the City or any officer of the State, upon a request being made at a reasonable hour to make such inspection. No junk dealer shall fail or refuse to comply with this section.
