444.05 RIDING ON OUTSIDE OF VEHICLE.

No person shall ride on a vehicle upon any portion thereof which is not designed or intended for the use of passengers. However, this shall not apply to an employee who is engaged in the necessary performance of his duty or to persons riding within truck bodies in space that is intended for merchandise. (Ord. 244. Passed 9-13-54.)
