To regulate traffic and the loading and unloading of school buses at Christopher Elementary School, the following regulations shall be in effect:
(a) 9th Street from Jesse Street to Snider Street shall be a one-way street in a westerly direction.
(b) 6th Street from Jesse Street to Snider Street shall be a one-way street in an easterly direction.
(c) There will be no parking on the east side of Snider Street between 9th Street and 6th Street from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, through the school year.
(d) Snider Street from 9th Street to 6th Street shall be blocked to through traffic from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, during the school year.
