§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Upon conviction of a violation of § 91.02 of this chapter, a person shall be fined the sum of $200 for the first offense and $750 for consequent offenses and $25 each day thereafter.
      (2)   The said owner, occupant or agent, in regards to § 91.05 of this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of creating and maintaining a nuisance and, upon conviction, shall be fined any sum not exceeding $750.
   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 91.20 through 91.24 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $50. Each act in violation of any of the provisions of §§ 91.20 through 91.24 of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense.
