(A) It shall be the duty of the owner, occupant or agent to mow weeds and vegetation at his or her own expense and the Street Superintendent or any other officer of said city shall notify such owner, occupant or agent to mow such property within five days after service of such notice.
(B) Any nuisance, as defined in this subchapter, may be abated by the city, and the expense of abatement shall be charged to and paid by the owner or occupant of the property upon which such nuisance exists. The cost of such abatement shall include an assessment of $50 for administrative costs.
