§ 113.04 FILING FEE AND DEPOSIT.
   The Parks and Recreation Director shall collect from the applicant a filing fee as adopted by resolution which shall be nonrefundable, and a deposit as adopted by reference to cover expenses relating to investigation or other service, the unused portion of which shall be refunded.
