Any minor violating the provisions of Section 9.64.010 of this chapter shall be dealt with in accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 5, Title 41, of the Montana Codes Annotated, commonly referred to as the Montana Youth Court Act. Any parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor violating Section 9.64.020 of this chapter shall upon trial and conviction thereof be fined in a sum not less than five dollars and not to exceed fifty dollars, or be imprisoned in the city jail for a period not to exceed twentyfive days, or both such fine and imprisonment for each offense.
