§ 97.01 AUTHORITY TO IMPLEMENT.

When conditions dictate, the Water System Operator (or designee), under the direction of the Mayor, shall implement a Water Shortage Response plan (WSRP). Conditions which require the WSRP to be enacted are outlined in § 97.02.
