§ 154.067 ACCESS TO LOT.
   (A)   When a proposed subdivision is not adjacent to a publicly dedicated road, the subdivider must provide adequate assurance that the subdivision will have safe and adequate access to the satisfaction of the Planning Board. Safe and adequate access shall mean a publicly accessible roadway area that has a minimum right-of-way width of 45 feet and shall meet or exceed all provisions of § 154.081, which includes § 154.081(B) and § 154.082(C).
   (B)   The provision of a roadway area that has a right-of-way width that is less than required above shall be considered a “private driveway”, as defined in § 154.005.
