(a) The Director of Safety is authorized to establish a sufficient number of parking spaces for use by City owned and non-City owned vehicles as he deems necessary. Such parking spaces shall be clearly marked giving notice of restricted use of such space.

(b) No person shall park any vehicle in a marked space other than a vehicle assigned to such space and which is marked off for such use. A violation, upon conviction, shall be subject to the penalty provided by Section 303.99.
