351.15 PARKING GARBAGE OR RUBBISH COLLECTION VEHICLES.

(a) No person shall park a truck or motor vehicle loaded with trash, garbage or rubbish on the streets of the City, except for the purpose of loading or unloading or emergency repairs.

(b) No person shall park a truck or motor vehicle used for garbage purposes and which is empty on the streets of the City, except for the purposes of loading or unloading or emergency repairs.
