The Director, in addition to the permit fee provided for in Section 1323.04, may require the applicant to provide a bond or cash deposit in such an amount, not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000), as may be necessary to save the City harmless from any and all liability or property damage as a result of the issuance of such permit. Upon completion of the movement and inspection of the route traversed, if no claims are filed for recovery of damage to any person or property, the bond may be cancelled or the deposit refunded.
