303.09 VEHICLE TRESPASS.

(a) No person shall enter into or upon any vehicle, motorcycle or motor vehicle, the property of another person, without the consent of the owner or operator thereof.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
