153.05 OVER FLOW FOR CITY JAIL.

When the City Jail is full, or when for other reasons it cannot be used as a place of confinement for persons who should be retained or imprisoned therein, the County Jail shall, upon the permission received from the proper authority, be used as a City Jail.
