153.03 PRISON FARE.

Persons confined in the City Jail shall be provided with necessary food and supplies by the Chief of Police, who shall also keep the jail clean, in order and comfortable for the inmates. Arrangements for procuring such food and supplies shall be made by the Chief of Police.
