728.02 REGULATION BY THE MAYOR AND THE OHIO REVISED CODE.

Except as otherwise set forth in this chapter, the operation of commercial quadricycles and commercial pedal wagons shall be regulated by the Ohio Revised Code. The Mayor, or his designee, may adopt rules and regulations to supplement this chapter.
