The Chillicothe Municipal Court is hereby authorized to increase the bonds for the Clerk and Deputy Clerks of that court from ten thousand dollars ($10,000) and three thousand dollars ($3,000), respectively, to two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) and twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000), respectively, pursuant to recommendation of the State Auditor during a recent audit which took into account the increase in cash handled by such employees. Increased premiums for such increased coverage shall be taken from funds appropriated to the Chillicothe Municipal Court.
