137.16 DETERMINING PRIOR MUNICIPAL SERVICE IN COMPUTING VACATION LEAVE.

In order to determine prior service for the purpose of computing the amount of vacation leave for classified nonbargaining unit personnel who were initially employed by the City on or after December l, 1989, for the City of Chillicothe, such employee shall have prior service within the City or any other Municipal Corporation within the State of Ohio counted.
