Council hereby authorizes payment of costs incurred in the intervention program which are not otherwise covered by the City's group health insurance policy which are generally described as intake screening costs at appropriate and duly State of Ohio licensed institutions for the treatment of alcohol and chemical abuse and/or dependency.
