The City shall hereby provide payment to those employees of the City who receive a job related injury as determined by the department head effective January 1, 1978 for a period of time not to exceed 120 days. In the event Worker's Compensation makes payment to such employee, the employee must pay to the City such payment for the same period of time that they received the injury leave up to the 120 day period. In the event that the department head determines that an injury is not job related and the Industrial Commission determines that the injury is job related, the City shall make the injury leave payment as provided herein.
