(a) Whoever violates Section 1312.02
(d) hereof twice or more within one year is guilty of a minor misdemeanor upon a second offense and subsequent offenses within that one-year period. The one-year period shall be measured from the date of declaration of Public Health Hazard to the date of declaration of Public Health Hazard.
(b) Nothing herein contained shall prevent the City from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation.
(c) The City shall prosecute any violation of these regulations in accordance with the penalties stated herein.
